Ohana means Family. We focus on developing the lacrosse player's fundamentals and IQ.

Our roots go back to national lacrosse hotbed; Long Island, where we have coached and played the game at the highest levels for 3 generations! 

The Ohana program will focus on teaching the game, the right way, to develop our player’s lacrosse IQ.  We emphasize mastery of the fundamental skill sets, which our players will need to reach their fullest potential.  

In addition, our vast network of friendships within lacrosse community will assist our older players, when they reach the recruiting years.
