Started is College lacrosse career at UMBC, where he started as a freshman. Transfered to Dowling College as a sophomore in 1998, Tim earned USILA Second Team All-American honors and NYCAC Second Team All-Conference.Playing in all 17 games at attack, Moltisanti tallied 36 goals and 41 assists for a total of 77 points, earning him status as 11th in Division II points per game (4.53) and 9th in assists per game (2.41) in 1998. He was a crucial member of the # 1 nationally ranked offense that held an 8.65 scoring margin.As a junior in 1999, Moltisanti netted 19 goals and handed off 33 assists. He was ranked 13th in assists per game in Division II and ranked 3rd in single game highs for assists, handing out a total of 8 assists in the 12-11 loss to Limestone. Moltisanti capped his career with a 21 goal performance and added 20 assists to his records.

An experienced coach, Ramsey has a background in the sport ranging from grassroots, youth, collegiate and international levels.
Most recently, Ramsey has coached at the club level with Lionheart (MD) and Team Carolina (NC). Prior, Ramsey spent time growing the game of lacrosse over in England and Australia. While in the United Kingdom, Ramsey served as a Local Development Officer through the English Lacrosse Association. He worked for Rochdale Lacrosse Club by raising awareness of the sport in local primary schools and high schools. Other duties included coaching numerous youth and senior teams while playing for the Men’s team. In Australia, Ramsey completed a lot of the same duties for the East Torrens Payneham Lacrosse club based out of Adelaide, South Australia.
Previous to that, Ramsey served as an assistant coach for three years at his alma mater Wingate University. While coaching, Ramsey gained a great deal of experience in box lacrosse; playing for the Charlotte Copperheads and the USA Developmental Indoor lacrosse team.
During his Bulldog playing days, Ramsey earned first team All-Deep South Conference honors following his junior and senior seasons. He served as a team captain and was named as a pre-season All-American by Face-Off Magazine in his final season. Ramsey earned his undergraduate degree in Sport Management and holds a master’s degree in education from Wingate University.
Originally from Northeast Philadelphia, Ramsey is a huge Philly sports fan and is most excited about moving to Jacksonville to live by the beach.
